As charterer’s protecting agency we protect the interests of the charterer in the event of the port agency having been appointed by the ship owner.

We supervise the operations on behalf of our customers, reporting all relevant information, such as port traffic, port operations and weather conditions. We can also supervise loading and discharging operations and check cargo status and documents.
